  • Base Price Includes One Rider & One Horse. Each Additional Horse Per Week Is $250

  • *Weekly spots are booked based off availability and first requests

There is a 20% retainer fee of the total package amount to reserve your WEF spot.

A payment plan can be arranged, but all payments must be completed by January 01, 2027.

Cancellation notice:

A retainer is a fee that is paid in advance to hold services. I understand that plans change and life happens, so please review the cancellation policy carefully.

Cancel before October 30, 2026, for a full refund of your retainer fee.

Cancel between October 30 and December 1, 2026, and receive 50% of your retainer fee.

There are no refunds if you cancel anytime after December 1, 2026.
